Every Chotovelli timepiece comes backed with a 2 year manufacturer's limited warranty. Your 2 year limited warranty covers defects to the mechanism of the watch. Other parts, such as bracelet, strap, crown, case and crystal are not covered, but may be serviced through our service center for a minimal cost of parts only. A complete copy of your warranty can be found enclosed with your Chotovelli timepiece.

What should I do if I need to return my watch?
If you are returning you Chotovelli watch please call our service center for a Return Authorization request before sending back your Chotovelli watch. Pack your watch carefully in its original box and be sure to secure the box so the watch will not be damaged in transit to us. Please include a copy of your invoice / email confirmation of your order, as well as a copy of the packing slip which came with your watch. We strongly suggest always insuring your package for the full value of the watch in case of loss or damage in transit.
What should I do if my watch needs repair?
Should you need service or repair to your Chotovelli watch, please contact our service center email@example.com. One of our service center representatives will go over with you the steps to take to insure you receive proper care for your Chotovelli timepiece. Service center hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm EST. Be sure to include $17.50 to cover S&H along with the cost of parts if any. NYS Residents must add applicable sale tax.
How long will it take to get my watch back after sending it in for repair?
Please allow 7-14 business days for your Chotovelli watch to be serviced and sent back out to you. You may call our service center at any time for updates on your repair or to obtain a USPS tracking number on a repair that has already been sent out to you. All repairs are sent out via UPS unless otherwise noted.
