Got my watch some time ago, but there was a mix-up where I got a Tipo 2 instead of a Tipo 1. The folks at Chotovelli were very responsive and worked with me to exchange the watch, and I received my Tipo 1 last week, and it looks and runs great! Excellent customer service.
