When and where can I get the product?

If it is in stock: 3 to 5 days from placing the order. If not in stock / special orders: within 10 to 12 weeks

Every Chotovelli timepiece comes backed with a 2 year manufacturer's limited warranty. Your 2 year limited warranty covers defects to the mechanism of the watch. Other parts, such as bracelet, strap, crown, case and crystal are not covered, but may be serviced through our service center for a minimal cost of parts only. A complete copy of your warranty can be found enclosed with your Chotovelli timepiece.
