Chotovelli is operating out of 3 continents: Miami (US) , Antwerp( Belgium) , and Hong Kong . Therefore any order placed anywhere in the world would be delivered from the nearest port possible therefore offering faster and more reliable service.

Our watch company Chotovelli & Son manufactures approximately 300 watches a month, therefor each watch is carefully hand crafted to the highest standard.

Our strategy is not just to sell watches, our goal is to create a timepiece that is special ,unique, different , exclusive and yet inexpensive and grow our share in the modern watch market by increasing volume gradually and keeping the prices at the current levels. 
The difference between Chotovelli and other watch brand is that we operate more as a design house by that offering every season a different collection an expanding the reach of watchmaking .
Business cooperation are welcome and do not only extend to distributor or agents, over the years we created an infrastructure that help us reach retailers directly therefore offering them and the final costumer the best price Quality watch. 
  • When and where can I get the product? 

If it is in stock: 3 to 5 days from placing the order. 
If not in stock / special orders: within 10 to 12 weeks 
  • What are the Specifications of your Products? 

If you click on a product and view its on-line profile, you should be able to see the specs and dimensions. 
  • What is the return policy? 

We are the Manufacturer, therefore we accept all Chotovelli returns national and international .we do honor exchanges only if the product is broken at the time of delivery or different from order placed and we are properly notified .

Yes, we deliver to the US, Canada and the Rest of the World , without a minimum order amount.

Free shipping Worldwide , return cost will be covered by the client unless the item has arrived and damaged or inoperable

FREE TWO YEAR WARRANTY on all watches. Our warranty is the manufacturer's.

30 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY Any watch that has not been worn, scratched, damaged may be returned for exchange ,store credit or a full refund within 30 days.
Watches for exchange must be returned in original, new condition along with the gift box, warranty, tags, and a copy of the sales invoice. 

PRIVACY POLICY We are in the business of selling watches, not names or personal information. We will never, ever give your name, email address, or personal information to anyone.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS In the past, we were not able to accept credit cards issued outside of the US and Canada. Now your International credit card can be processed online, on our website. It usually takes just 5 - 7 business days from the day you place your order till the day you receive your watch. If your credit card was issued by a non-US bank and your shipping address is in the US a 3% charge will be added to your order to cover extra credit card processing fees.
